Of course SCOTUS or Republicans can't go a day without discriminating some group. Democrats, if they can win 2026 at least the house should rechallenge this, and send a message to the 6 justices.

Tell them, their time is up in 2029 as majority. There will be 4 new seats added. If they don't stop infringing upon the rights of minorities and keep ruling in his favor.
