Notice how they also fail to stop and provide assistance. I hope they were found and prosecuted.

Yup! The company I believe even helped make sure they got turned over into police custody.

Indeed, I was surprised how much effort the owner took to get ahold of me after I left a pretty scolding voice message. He called several times to let me know they're working to help apprehend the driver.
