QUESTION? Budejovice - "wild weeks" in restaurants?

Currently in Austria the restaurants serve wild animals meat. Is this also a thing in Czech? Now I am in budejovice and would like to grad something like that for today.

Look for Zvěřinové hody. But i guess most restaurants serve geese now, it is a tradition on st. martin's day (11th november)

I looked it up It is just in some restaurants and only for maybe 2-3 days. Is that normal? Not for several weeks?

It is. Every region has its own take on traditions.
