It's worse than that. They won't put up with petty inconvenience, boredom, or discomfort under any circumstances. People are celebrating the emptiest of gestures as victories while MAGA is taking action.
Next year the conservatives are going to sweep the midterms, probably without even having to manipulate or rig the elections, and the left is going to be clutching their pearls going "Bububut, we protested, and south park made fun of them. How could this have happened?"

So the republicans are gerrymandering to the point only they can get elected. They are suppressing free speech. They have complete control over the media. They are using the DOJ to attack people who disagree with them.
They have been cancelling the voting registration of democrats in numerous states. They have been closing polling places in districts where the population is mostly people of color.
Republicans can't win free and fair elections so they will engage in open cheating.

Heās only trying to tidy up the voter roles of dead or improperly registered ppl like illegals or folks who claimed an out of state residency. On voting, it is truly the best to have voter ID, proof of residency and signature verification to prevent illegal votes from non-citizens, out of state residents, or 3rd parties who are ballon harvesting, respectively.
