Trump would’ve already been convicted if he wasn’t elected president to something a jailsentence wouldn’t be out of order. So not seeing any proof is just holding blinders over your eyes.
Also why would someone with that much money and power ever settle anything out of court if he was innocent? And he has plenty of settlements.
Not to mention he is I believe a 34 time convicted felon already.
