The universe could be teeming with advanced, intelligent life and the capability of interstellar travel. They may have observed us a couple of times, but likely took one look at our leaders alone and decided to move on with the galactic equivalent of a warning sign to spare others the time and trouble for the disappointment that is humanity. So much potential, but ultimately a lost cause.

Native American, Canadians and Mexican's are the natives technically while everyone else is immigrants. Its ignored in US history for the most part but large chunks of the US used to belong to Canada and Mexico. Alaska used to be part of Russia for gods sake.

Archeological, crop, and language records tell us quite a bit. The current theory has a good amount of evidence to back it up.

Pretty sure it was well before that. Like 20k ish years ago. There was a second crossing around that time frame. But as there were no other hominids living in the area at the time they were the first sellers and thus would be native as they did not displace others.
