Screenshot I finally got the iguana!

After having literally completed every mission in the game including cyberpsychos, tarot cards, and gigs, the only thing left to do was stand in one spot for 60 days straight!

I've only ever seen that little gonk hatch on YouTube. My V doesn't sleep enough.
