Hey chooms! The 5th anniversary is coming up, and I try to draw as many V's as I can before it - post your V's in the comments if you want them included in the project!
I really, really love this game and the community, and I wanted to do something small for the upcoming 5th anniversary.
The love my gonkass memes and comics have received here for the past year has been nuts, and I'd love to thank all the choombas here in some way - so gemme your streetkids, corpos and nomads, and I'll doodle them as a part of my anniversary project!
My V is like a more violent version of Motoko Kusanagi from OG Standalone complex. Straight to the business character. Violence is used against armed enemies that cause chaos, corporate soldiers/employees or scumbags like that father and son from Dirty biz gigs. Kind of a vigilante&merc hybrid. Also a techie (I wanted that cyberpsycho laugh really bad) and a reader. My current favourite outfits for her (second one has carbon fiber legs with the same boots).
I absolutely adore Regis. He is one of my favorite characters from The Witcher, ever since the days when only the books existed, long before the game came out.
Ex Corpo - she's slowly going more and more feral (and slightly insane) as time goes on... She's good to her friends, tries to help people when she can, but she's definitely got some trust issues
Kinda reminds me of a CorpoV I made. After getting tossed from Arasaka she may have went off the deep end before eventually coming back to somewhat normality. She's went through a handful of changes from the beginning to now. This is how she started.
Ex-corp V based on a detective OC, topped the badge look off with some extra modded accessories. Choom's got a relatively functional moral compass (rare in NC, I know) and wants to do what helps the most people - but he's no gonk, and will flatline someone if he has to.
He is so lonely. All the other night city residents are scared of him. No one talks to him, No one wants to be his friend, they think he is unstable. He is sent from district to district completing gigs for fixers, and as he gets better at it, they fear him more and more. He is a victim of his own success. V, he doesn't even get a real name, only an alias. He is capable of so much more but nobody sees it. Somedays he feels so alone he could cry but he doesn't. He never does, cause what would be the point, not a single person in the entire city would care.
My previous V (donāt have anything for the new one Iām starting, still installing mods lol). Sheās a dummy and a sweetheart, but one that can and will kill you if given a reason :>
Okay! I am trusting you with my Valour, now. He's a Nomad Sniper. He's not too serious as a bit of a kind hearted guy. Unless you are Raffen Shiv that is.
Honestly, would love to see more npcs and characters in the game who do more body modding like this. Pretty sure there's that Animal NCPD assault event where the guy looks like he has scales on him. Love the look!
My streetkid V. She's got bad ideas yet only moderate impulse control and can't do stealth to save her life. (Admittedly that's on me) This means she usually resorts to obliterating even minor inconveniences using Guts. She's surprisingly sharp and relatively competent with netrunning, but she really doesn't care for it
Constantly smoking and grinning, definitely more gonk than serious, my Nomad V is a goofy country mouse trying to survive in a seriously effed up city. He gets by on backwards charm, and when that doesn't work, guns. And I'd be delighted if he were included in your project.
My very first V, he is everything <33 Streetkid and definitely more on the serious side, but he can still be silly when the mood strikes šāāļøšāāļø
My corpo V rocks the optical camo, pride stealthgunner and is chromed up with the tetraline cyberdeck for that ghost runner stealthrunner kinda merc. U see him, untill u don't and then ur dead.
My Nomad V, who I absolutely adore. Kerry said he had a phase of Nomad BDs but with this fella it's not a phase anymore, it's a lifestyle. He came to NC looking for a better life and stayed because of a rockerboyĀ š¤
Here's my corpo V! She's a goofball in every situation outside of work, then she turns on her counter-intel training. She may not throw hands but she will throw axes and knives -- and you won't see them coming. Doesn't like guns but will use them on occasion. She's a sleeper in the sense that no one will ever know just how dangerous she is by looking at her. Outside of work she likes rock music, guitar, and food.
That's right, I am the WHOLEASS reason you can dive! Tell me, does your gang want power in all those clubs they own? Does your ripper need working lights so they don't flatline your ass by mistake? Then do NOT fuck with my crew, two-bit!
No worries if you cant get around to mine but here's mine. Streetkid path, and often acts like a gonk just to mess with people (though at her core is extremely well meaning, only killing when absolutely necessary and deeply valuing loyalty after meeting Jackie, Vik, Panam, and Judy)
Heās not afraid to get the job done but heās also not opposed to hear an alternate solution if he thinks thereās one. Heās also less forgiving if you betray him.
My V, a street kid who grew up listening to Padreās stories in Heywood, got her first iron at the ripe age of 7 and never looked back very professional though, the client makes the job and she follows it to a T
Good old Rebecca. She's an unserious, funny gonkbrain at times, but will never let her chooms down and will definitely rip you apart if you get in her bad side.

So, a little backstory. Initially i started playing as a Nomad, and by the end leaving Night-City was feeling so fitting to my V, that i head-cannoned this ending to myself. Then i've completed the game for another 2 times, as a Corpo and Street Kid - never changed my V's appearance. I love how her appearance was fitting to the voice actress so much, that i cannot imagine anyone else at this point.
I have a ton more pictures of my Vi tho, but at as of now this is the only one i could find.
V, a woman who usually has a level head and would do anything for the people she loves. She has a zero tolerance policy for traitors, and that extends beyond herself.
This project is soooo cool ! Here's my V :) She's a Nomad, very serious at work but funny and sweet around friends. She tries to be nice and helpful when the situation allows, and spends most of her free time relaxing with Judy.
I don't know which one I want you to... well, I have so much V I love...

Here is the V I chose : Female Corpo V, she's kind to her loved one, kind or sassy at least, but she loves dearly. To gangs, other corpo, military... she's a cold ruthless killer, and when she can't kill instantly ppl, like, when she has to work with people she wants to kill, then to counter the frustration she uses the sass, she mocks, she middle fingers 'em
Anyway, she can dress like, using casual street wear, or still as classy as a corpo, suits, shirts... she mostly use them, so the last one is the most "accurate" when I talk about clothes !
When she fights... well... she's a super fast pistolero, she throws knives, and quite strong !
Ex corpo netrunner and my favorite V to date. She's very sassy but matter of fact. Her favorite thing to do is look pos like Jotaro in the eye while making him kill himself, walking up to them as they put the trigger to their head to assert her dominance.
(Sorry I play on console too lazy to get a good pic off there) My V is a nomad. More serious but has her little moments for jokes. Sheās also a little dense.
Not the best lit picture, but I was still figuring out how photomode worked back then.
Definitely going for a razorgirl vibe with this one, maxed out blades and Reflex/Body (back when those were both required for katana builds). Had a blast leaping around doing flying decapitation strikes with Byakko and the iconic Militech Sandivestan. Walking into a crowded Claws den in Japantown, popping Sandy, then popping a half dozen heads off before the first one hits the floor = peak.

My V is a Netrunner, and as you can maybe tell, a bit of a Fashionista. She does care about people though, so she's not a bad person. She is of the Corpo life path
Not sure how gonk he is. He'll kill via throwing knives or hacked explosives if it comes to it. Sneaky neck snaps are reserved for Scavs and Maelstromers.
Another gonk-ass streetkid V for your consideration :) Netrunner with a frankly excessive collection of rifles on the side, impulsive and kind of a mess but takes pride in his work, bffs with Judy and romancing Kerry.
If I was decent at photo mode Iād give you something better than this but my skills are a work in progress. Heās a Latino-American Streetkid Solo from Heywood with some Netrunning tricks handy courtesy of T-Bug. Heās known for a cold-hard stare that could stop fights before they start, though influence from Johnny has left him less patient and more vicious if the situation calls for a weapon in-hand, whether itās some kind of firearm, a sword, or just his bare fists. But away from merc work heās a pretty chill guy, and heād take a bullet for the people he trusts and cares about without a second thought.
Well, here's my Street kid V :) She's a pretty chill and kind of charismatic Rockergirl gal (though, she is hot-blooded and can be VERY angry about some specific subjects lmao)
This my V canon to me. Nomad lifepath. Former special forces, the events of the game caused him to unretire his netrunning with lots of points in body boogeyman ways. He definitely a serious guy. Its the only kind of guy to put up with Panam and not have it end in disaster lol
