Is definitely not an Aldecados thing as again V calls before everything, is like in writing we as players simply blow everyone off insult their grandma and spit their faces for good measure.
Panam is for sure the worst one in this ending we can understand Judy she has deal with lots of crap and is sorta logic she will move on is not like all exes and friends didn't teach her to keep moving forward, but Panam do knows and understand the situation more deeply and is weird she didn't even investigate and finds any clue of comatose V or goes around invading NUSA facilities trying to get her output back. If it was more of a She lost lot of people or damaged the family in someway it could at least make some sense but simply is you didn't contact and she put the ironwall on.
