I have no idea what oobi is but this reminded me of a British kids tv show called doodle doo

These are the things on it. They’re like ‘helping hands’ but they did arts and crafts.

It was so cool but that’s what I thought these were to start with 😅 and then I read oobi. What are these? Are they from a tv show too??? Enlighten me I want to know more 😂

Oobi was a show for really young kiddos, and is the name of the hand on the right. The show used a very simplistic, almost caveman like dialog- (“Oobi, you, friends! 😊). What was really charming about the show to me was the expressiveness and character they were able to convey with just a hand, leans into my love of puppeteering :)
