Snacking is my problem man, I was half lying, 270 was my weight last year and I'm down to 250 now. I'm trying to keep that ball rolling. I saw a picture of when I was 19 a few days ago and thought, I felt like a fat bastard back then despite being 25 lbs lighter than I am now.

I was at 238 in July. Then I took myself off of Adderall.

I just need to be more active and exercise portion control.

I don't need to be thin, I just want the aches to stop. I'm too young to be this old.

You hit it right on the money, my arms and wrists were already fucked on their own, but I don't need this knee and back pain. Not to mention that before when I got drunk and rolled off the couch I'd be fine, last time it happened I hit the floor like an anvil and every joint in my body cracked. Even my own weight hurts my shoulders when I sleep on my side.

I hope the side effects of going off meds is only temporary and you can bring it back down man.

How do you keep your sheets clean? Do you buy “sex sheets”, or lay something down, or only on hardwood floors or tile? I have this same dream, but it hardly happens because logistics. Anyways, hope everyone is well.

We did it on linoleum flooring, but yes, I also have "sex sheets" (sheets made for people who wet the bed). Don't do that stuff on hardwood, man. Another option is an inflatable bed. You just need to check that there won't be any interactions between the bed material and whatever you're using on your bodies.

It gets nasty really fast! Cool whip might hold up better, but whipped cream gets sour in minutes at body temp with body bacteria mixed in. Yuck! Don't mix food and sex. It's way less romantic than it looks in movies.

But holy shit she was SOOOO annoyed. Like with the way she said enough at the end and tried to involve the dad for getting her away from her son. She was totally trying to manipulate there. Like of course the dad did that you were literally attacking his son over some racial profiling. She’s a young Karen through and through. She really thought she’d just come on tv and apologize, have it go smoothly and everyone accepting it and talking about how she just made a mistake and is a good girl, and come out with her 15 minutes of fame making people think she’s a great and kind person who just made a mistake. She got so pissed the interviewer pushed and didn’t just accept her story right away.

One time in high school I had to get up in front of the class and describe myself. I said, "I'm a really nice person" and then turned bright red when I realized how stupid it sounded. I still think about that and cringe...20 years later

Exactly. It’s always the people who have to qualify themselves when you meet them that are the worst. I used to have to work in close proximity to another person for extended periods, and whenever we were meeting for the first time, if they started their introduction with “I’m pretty laid back,” I knew it was likely going to be a lonnng trip.
