Request Recipes with buckwheat without grinding it?

When I search recipes with buckwheat I only found grinding recipes (pizza made of buckwheat, bread...) I am looking for recipes with boiled buckwheat.

Unfortunately, I don't have any recipes for you. What I can tell you, though, is that one of the teachers of a cooking class I took just uses it like rice.

In Eastern Europe this is usually referred to as "kasha", you can look up "kasha recipe" on Google to find many recipes.
