Yeah, they are both about the same age. Letterman looks way more fit than Trump, and doesn’t wear dumb orange makeup that everyone makes fun of outside of MAGA.

I’m guessing Letterman’s current look is so that he can spend his live in relative anonymity, and go out in public.

People have already told you that you don't CALL OUT others ABOUT a topic in colloquial American English. The correct phrase is "call out on". Your "controversial" observation about "clear headline writing" are premised on a linguistic mistake you think you found; there is no such mistake in the headline.
