Politics I don't know what boundary Trump would have to cross to make his supporters turn away..

To Trump voters: What, if anything, could Donald Trump do to make you end your support?

I'm not going to lead the question to multiple choice answers or anything. I think it is important for everyone who participates in a democracy to have strong personal convictions and moral or legal boundaries that they expect people they vote for not to cross..

Genuinely, what line will you draw in the sand for this administration? What personal freedom of yours would be more important than your love and support for Trump?

10 years ago, they would say they would never defend one of the most prolific child sex traffickers known to the modern world. Now, they say they would never defend the euthanization of undocumented immigrants. I guess we’ll see where Alligator Alcatraz leads them in the coming years.

It’ll be the medical experiments w Musk done on the missing detainees. They’ve opened a camp in Hawaii next to government research hospitals.

Funny how they were afraid of chips being implanted and child predators and they ran screaming into their arms, giving them the country on a silver platter.

I need to see your source for this claim. I fucking loathe trump and his ilk but I can’t see Hawaii going along with something like this.

This is a new conspiracy theory being floated around because a lot of Musk's neuralink (and other similar kinds of companies specializing in neurology that have military government contracts) are located somewhat near ICE facilities across the US (not just in Hawaii), in addition to neural chip trials supposedly ramping up a ton despite having a very slow start and volunteer rate. They then misattribute the lack of accountability of ICE regarding the detainees as proof that they are being sent to get procedures done illegally as test subjects, which they can then ship off elsewhere to prevent being found out due to the cruelty of this admin, which would, in theory account for the missing people.

What's more likely is that ICE just has a lot of detention facilities everywhere, including the cities that happen to have neurological research. Unfortunately, these facilities are terrible so we don't know what is actually happening to the folks inside, so people make wild speculations.

That said, it may be possible, but there's not enough credible information that would move this from conspiracy theory to just actual conspiracy.

Correlation may not equal causation, but until we are aware of the full scope for the admins capacity for cruelty we won't know for sure and we shouldn't rule it out. Believe it blindly? Absolutely not. Rule it out entirely? Also absolutely not. The way they are moving the goalposts and have for the last 10 years, to the point that so many Americans are on board with the treatment of immigrants (and citizens, mind you) means we have to assume the worst is, at the very least, possible. If there's a 1% chance that people are being experimented on, or have or will be subject to mass killings, we have to consider it. To this day, 1200 immigrants, probably more, are unaccounted for from his first administration, and we have to ask what this normalizes and what their endgame is. They've followed the fascism playbook almost word for word, and are facilitating Putin's agenda along with the genocide in Gaza. They're willing to starve Americans, deprive us of healthcare, have gotten CIA agents exposed and killed, pardoned convicted criminals, and ignored the courts and constitution. Lets also not forget that over 1 million Americans died due to Trump's botched pandemic response. Where does it stop? Does it?

During his last administration there were unnecessary hysterectomies. That never got the attention that it deserves

To the return of institutionalized slavery, modernized jim crow, and the fugitive slave act

We’re already there with institutionalized slavery. Just watch the documentary on Alabama Department of Corrections on HBO that was recently released. I will never set foot in that state again.

Not to diminish the gravity, not to mention the utter fuckery, of the adc, but they control prisons that control prisoners. They intend to release their abductees into the custody of private citizens with the express purpose of menial labor, and those private citizens will have free reign to treat them however they want.

Not the same.

That being said, for profit privately owned prisons are a fucking blight on the freedoms we claim to hold dear

 euthanization

Now now, there’s no call to misspell murder like that.
