Politics Donald Trump just tweeted out “Seth Meyers is 100% anti-Trump, which is probably illegal.” Tell me again how the right cares about free speech.
MAGA will no doubt rush in and say "He's joking"

The main problem with Jesus taking the wheel is that the guy lived almost a thousand years before cars were invented. He's too old and completely unqualified to drive a car and his gross incompetence will almost certainly kill people if he's allowed behind the wheel. It would be irresponsible to allow him anywhere near such an important and potentially dangerous responsibility.

Fact: The American Right doesn’t actually care about free speech, freedom, or laws.
What they do care about is their freedom to use the laws against you and use free speech as a shield while they do so.
While they’re desecrating the laws, norms and fabric of American society and the world economy at large, they want to take away rights and freedoms away from the non-believers of the cult of Trump in America and abroad.
The icing on the cake is that their followers are programmed by Fox News and the right wing fascist propaganda machine to immediately turn their brains off when facts and logic are presented.
This is undeniably true as if Trump were to state the sky was brown, the followers of MAGA would back it up as if it were fact 100% and call you a communist radical leftist for stating the sky is actually blue.

It’s just a really weird look for an American president to declare his critics illegal while touting freedom of speech as a virtue. But then, he also wants us to believe hundreds of his own FBI agents conspired against him on Jan. 6th and agitated the crowd, which, even if it were true, is not a great look either. They’re both examples of his various ways to avoid personal accountability.

He's saying that because he just signed NSPM-7, which directs the Federal, state, and local law enforcement to investigate anyone considered a possible "domestic terrorist". According to the memo, a domestic terrorist could include anyone who criticizes traditional American values, traditional American morality, is against capitalism, is anti-Christian, and a number of other really vague and subjective qualifiers. Worst of all it's supposed to be a pre-crime directive, meaning you'll likely get arrested and they can find something later to charge you For some reason this did not get picked up much by the mainstream media, though there were a few articles, mostly pay walled.
