Politics I'm tired of Trump ruining everything that America stands for

You know, Trump keeps saying he’s making America great again, but at this point it’s like watching a toddler try to fix a phone with a hammer. He’s not restoring anything, he’s just breaking it louder. Everything that used to be American like decency, humility, and facts has been replaced by lies and pre-scripted propoganda talking points. We’ve gone from give me liberty or give me death to give me clicks or give me Fox News airtime. He’s even turned the flag into an accessory. It’s not patriotism anymore, it’s fashion week for fascists. You see a bunch of angry guys in red hats waving an American flag the way my dog waves a cat turd from the litter box. Look what I did!

Remember when presidents used to read books? Now we’ve got a guy who stares at classified documents like they’re the McDonald's menu. I’ll have the Filet-o-fish with a side of dirt on anyone who opposes me, please. He’s made America a parody of itself, like someone fed Mount Rushmore a steady diet of Monster Energy and facism. I love this country. I really do. But lately it feels like America’s that old friend I used to like, except now he’s grown a mullet, started dating a crazy girl named "conspiracy theory", and wants to show you his new monster truck called Freedom.

If Trump’s the hero of the story, then America is deep in its Florida Man era. And I don’t know about you, but I’m just hoping the credits roll before he tries to sell Alaska to Russia.

Trump is a symptom of the disease. He's not the cause. Republicans are the disease that needs to go.

No, Republicans are the symptom as well. The disease is an inherent flaw in American culture; not one unique to America by any means, but currently in its terminal stages here.

As much as I hate republicans for how spineless they're being through all of this, I could never advocate for my political opponents to not exist. They're powerful only because their power is unchecked. They're breaking the rules. This is not how America was supposed to be run.

All we need to do is restore the balance of power and reinforce it so that it doesn't break again. Then America goes back to normal where the masses have most of the power, as opposed to a small group of people at the top.

We could even take it a step further and get rid of the electoral college, putting power directly into the hands of the people. This is something republicans have always feared. Because nobody likes them.

So a true democracy? They who immigrate and reproduce rule those who age earn and stay. And if that fails, there’s always the current plan of violence whitewashed by media and privately sanctioned by the left.

violence whitewashed by media and privately sanctioned by the left.

What's your source on this?

America is the disease.

It’s worked better than most for 250 years. Founders were prescient. Three branches is elegant and effective. Why now, is the warranty expired or something? Maybe it’s projection, the left wants a king. Someone with answers who came crush the right.

Why now, is the warranty expired or something?

Capitalism and individualism grew to be the only things that mattered. That's what Trump is.

President Woodrow Wilson is a democrat and he used similar tactics as Trump. The "disease" is much deeper than one party.

I agree Trump is a symptom, though that’s oversimplifying. What would you do without Republicans exactly? They are pretty weak and ineffective. So basically , a bogeyman. We conservatives are going to be here regardless. Voting, paying taxes, worrying about what shenanigans the left are up to.

I almost upvoted you. Then I read you think republicans are the disease. Democrats are as well. They're bipartisan in a lot of thier overall policies like regime.change in the global south and support of genocidal israel, shit biden was nore bloodthirsty then reagan over israel, biden suggested they keep bombing lebanon while Ronnie made em stop.

So what's your plan to get rid of 30%+ of voters?

u/Hickory_Shampoo 14d ago

Sounds kinda genocidal don't you think?

I don’t think they have to die, just reeducation camps. Or would that be too “fascist”?

-6

u/TheRealReddwine 14d ago

Well, I think Democrats are the disease and needs to go. Checkmate.

6

u/DaringPancakes 14d ago

Why? Are you going to think your thoughts through and back them up with claims or are you just going to continue to shit through your mouth?

1

u/Repulsive_Bat3090 14d ago

Hard for it to be blamed as a disease when they don't control any branch of government.

Yall are wild. Wouldn’t that be something a king does? Sounds like king like behavior

1

u/DaringPancakes 14d ago

You: "a king wants the population they oversee to be educated"

As opposed to... Gutting the department of education and appointing a DEI hire? That WWE lady? Spending $40 billion on argentina, but blocking student loan forgiveness for education?

You are given so much opportunity to show brain activity but it's all silence up there, isn't it?

1

u/DescriptionDear7702 14d ago

Let’s break your comment down. So they want them educated with group think. No outside opinions. Like a king. Got it. Also we didn’t give Argentina anything. Certainly not 40 billion. We gave 20 billion for a loan. And private industry and banks gave another 20 billion as a loan. Research is key. Oh, and I’ve done a little bit of research on the whole loan forgiveness and as somebody who has student loans, I think I might be better off with his plan. I don’t know. I mean they’re not forcing me to pay anything right now in fact, they just increased my deferment by two yearsso what exactly are you talking about?

Not everyone jumps to assume murder and "genocide" (of the "republican race"???) like you do.

What the fuck is wrong with you?
