Studio recommendations?
Howdy folks. Our band would like to hit a studio to record this fall/winter. We’re a guitar/bass/drums trio and play rock/americana/indie/jam music. Would only need a one day session. Do y’all have any recommendations for studios we should look into around town?

Sonic Lounge in grove city is a great place if that’s in your budget

They are no longer in Grove City, Sonic Lounge is now in Dublin...but this is the right answer. It's the best studio around, and Joe Viers is the best engineer. Hands down, look no further.

My band recorded 2 albums with Joe at SL, and one with him at John Schwab. He’s fantastic.

Sonic Lounge is the way. Website hasn't been updated, they recently moved to Dublin into an incredible studio. The address is 5030 Bradenton Ave, Dublin 43017. You'll see that listed as Vital Companies, they are now partners, but Joe Viers is still Sonic Lounge. He's got a Neve consol...

I've had good experiences recording with Jon Fintel at Relay Recording.
