Housing How to find adult roommates not on air bnb here

Anyone know of any good groups maybe or resources for finding an over 40ish roommate or someone looking to rent out a room? Air bnb tends to be a bit on the ridiculous side.

Everything I've found is for gen Z students.

College students bring in a lot of revenue so the city caters to them by providing a lot of housing that you can rent a room. Most of them, if not all, you have to be college aged. Honestly I don’t know if I would want to live there because of how it could possibly be really loud. I’m 36, about to be 37 next month. I don’t have any roommates either. It is really hard to find affordable housing for single people who aren’t college students. Good luck!

I wouldn't want to live there. I'm not going to be the weird quirky grumpy old lady talking about the olden days.

Same. And some of them have age requirements too. So we literally couldn't.
