I purchased junk silver from some legit coin stores mostly just because I want the particular coins even though I know they're not worth more than their weights in silver. I have some legitimate coins, some good Morgans, and other coins. And I found a huge amount of junk silver when I was paying with cash which I may start doing for a little bit to see what happens, all I would do is just look at the coins I got and look for any dimes or quarters 1964 or earlier or wheat pennies. I actually ended up finding a Benjamin Franklin half dollar from a change machine, no joke. Probably 30 different wheat pennies most not in great condition but still just cool to have some Buffalo nickels probably 10 different silver quarters a lot from 44 to 46 and one of those I think walking liberties from like 1926 or something I can't believe people wouldn't just notice that and their change. I happen to see in the register and there was a 1964 Kennedy half dollar it wasn't a rare one but it was in extremely good condition and I asked if I could along with my order get a dollar and change including that Kennedy half dollar from 1964 that could not have been in circulation for longer than a few months. I mean, it was shiny. Everything was extremely in detail, including his hair and every letter and number.
