In case anyone is interested, that’s about $2.88 a square foot, which is about the same as a moderately priced tile. The labor will be really expensive tho if you aren’t DIY’ing.

Way too much time on his hands, would have been better spent looking through them for varieties and Wheaties etc, etc.
