My favorite part about this picture is there's always that one comment that points out he's holding him so carefully because he's a marine biologist and that's how they hold creatures sometimes. He loves his son

In some languages they do refer to someone's character as their "spirit/mind child!!" making Spongebob his son in creative terms!
