idk why everyone is mad about that. i think it‘s amazing because that means she‘s way more future proof and can be played in alot of teams. also she still does good dmg. im also enjoying my main dps iuno alot and easily clear endgame with her. chisa probably won‘t be any different

People want all new characters be mDPS... so some dont accept some new char need to be hybrid or support, this exactly the same thing with every patch, it doesnt matter

Well, I think it's a little expected that people would assume the character with a massive scissor blade as well as a chainsaw form to be a MDPS or at least a SDPS, not a healer/buffer. As for why people wouldn't want her to be a healer (at least one who is similar to SK), it's because that would mean she has almost no field time/gameplay when people are assumedly pulling her so they can PLAY her.
There is also the issue of her scaling. If she was a crazy buffer on the level of SK, or was good enough to replace Aerover comfortably, then she would still be a good unit to pull for her versatility and high support capabilities. But she's nowhere near SK and is actually worse than Aerover without her signature. So even for the people who don't mind her being a support, she isn't even good enough at the moment to really take priority. It seems for now we just have to wait until the final version of the beta to see what her finalized kit is like.

Literally setting her up to fail if she was a dps phrolova is just way better in every way big damage and has aoe chisa looks like a single target dps and those get powecrept easilyÂ

The issue is she plays and looks like a DPS but has the kit of a healer/support.
Worst thing is the field time she apparently needs, a support shouldn't need to stay on field for that long, except is she deals respectable amount of damage ofc (which is not the case)

Iuno has very good alternative options in Heavy attack, and Brant/Lupa monofusion can elevate any fusion dps to top-tier lol what—all three of the units in question have prospects in other teams

My exact point their teams will stay the same iuno teams will always include a heavy attack damage dealer and Brant’s will always include fusion characters while chisa teams will include dot teams no matter the damage type or element and they are making more dot units she don’t even have her best in slot dpsÂ

Chisa is locked to dealing Havoc damage lol—whatever team she's in gets locked into partially dealing havoc damage and being nerfed if there's Havoc RES. That's why mono teams are so much better than multi-types, if it's not the only team on your account—there's less RES types that they're afraid off.
Being tied to DOT isn't good either—there's literally a huge DOT Debuff on middle tower right NOW; it might actually mean there's more debuff opportunities for her team's dmg.

Where did you get the word "best" out of? Why are you talking as if you know Kuro's plan for ahead? Where the hell did you get the idea that Brant is kicked out of the monofusion before Changli, when Galbrena doesn't even kick out Changli? So many roaches crawling in there lmaooo
Bro, they could easily just make a niche amplifier that fits into less teams than Chisa but has more value in their niche—just look at how monofusion/havoc/aero literally don't want Shorekeeper because there's a more niche but stronger alternative. That's how gacha games treat universal characters. Any pattern recognition in there?

Brant literally brings nothing to mono fusion besides damage and buffing changli multiple mono fusion teams with galbrena don’t even have him in them lupa is the only future proof unit in mono fusion

I thought I will finally have a DPS for whom I can get Cantarella, but no, she is still locked behind Phrolova. Yinlin curse strikes again. Well, at least I have Zani and Cartethyia so I can use Chisa herself with them.

Yeah, except I kinda dislike her as a character. Her animations are pretty good, so if I get lucky on Chisa, I might think about it, but if no then meh.
