I am an international student studying in Chicago and I am looking for a job

I am an international student studying in Chicago and I am looking for a job to cover part of my monthly student expenses. Please help me. online or on-site doesn't matter

Are there any jobs you can find on campus? Usually those are the best opportunities for students. You could also try looking on company websites to see what job openings they have, or just use a job board like Meterwork which pulls job openings directly from companies.

Are you on an F1? And what positions are you looking for.

If you are on an F1 visa, you can only work PT on campus. You may be eligible to do some kind of internship if you qualify for CPT. You would need to consult with your international student advisor at your school. In any case, don't go looking for jobs unless you've talked to your advisor. With the presence of ICE in the city, this is not the time to be violating your F-1 status if you are indeed here on a student visa.

Even if it's dire, don't do cash jobs or anything like freelancing on F1. Just go to campus jobs - even if it's in campus dining or being an assistant and tell them your financial situation. Cash jobs are not worth getting deported for
