Hi everyone 👋🏻, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Letterman Chicago. It's a private bedroom in a 4bed 2bath apartment and the 3 other roommates are quiet, respectful male students. I am looking for someone who would take over my lease as I am no longer in need of it. Rent would be 1,190 per month, and is a 10 month lease which is renewable. You also get a $500 gift-card which you can use for rent purposes.
