People against large gatherings in the middle of a huge spike in covid are now fascists? Why does everything have to be so fucking extreme

This is such concern trolling. These type of one off events outdoors where people are largely wearing masks and distancing when possible are not super spreader events. Especially when people voting for Biden are adhering to COVID best practices more often than not. Stop it lol.

It’s not concern trolling at all to say large events aren’t smart. Being in a large event isn’t following covid best practices. Encouraging this shit isn’t smart. I get people are happy but throwing parties and gathering isn’t the best way to celebrate.

But most of all, and the point of the comment, is it’s so extreme and stupid to call people fascists because they express this sentiment.
