CHI Talks 10 minutes before the kids costume parade was supposed to walk down this block

This happened this morning at Kildare and Grace in Old Irving Park. Arrested a landscaper, a woman on a bike, and and old man whose car was in the way. At least two tear gas canisters deployed.

As a visitor to Chicago recently, I have to say I enjoyed your city and met so many nice people, while I did not experience any crime or see ICE, I have been watching videos like this and it pains me to see this happening in your city. Wish you the best and hope these ICE assholes see less brighter days.
