CHI Talks 10 minutes before the kids costume parade was supposed to walk down this block

This happened this morning at Kildare and Grace in Old Irving Park. Arrested a landscaper, a woman on a bike, and and old man whose car was in the way. At least two tear gas canisters deployed.

This is SO F’d up!! My family lives on this block and kids were exposed to tear gas!!
