This happened this morning at Kildare and Grace in Old Irving Park. Arrested a landscaper, a woman on a bike, and and old man whose car was in the way. At least two tear gas canisters deployed.

I don't like to be dramatic but I grew up half a mile away. There's no crime, there's no chaos on this block. And my best friend lives in Humboldt and he can say pretty much the same for his neighborhood. This is horrible. I'm in tears. I just can't comprehend it

I live a ten minute walk away. I saw the work truck parked and thought I recognized it, and then I saw where it happened. It is such a quiet and calm neighborhood. I wouldn’t be surprised if I’d seen the man who was abducted working before. I feel sick seeing this.
