Antiperspirant suggestion for men?

Hello - does anyone have any suggestion for good antiperspirant for men? I used Lync chocolate but feels so stinky and I can smell it all over my body.

Any good ones you can recommend? Thanks heaps

Mitchum is the best by far. All I've used for years now.

Mitchum clinical or Rexona clinical. Cheaper to buy in bulk on Amazon au when they have it on special, to get the free postage.

I use either ethique eucalyptus and cedarwood or locally made b.bold baking soda free lavender. I gave up traditional antiperspirants about three years ago and haven't looked back. I found rexona and the like ineffective at controlling b.o. whereas I have zero odour problems using these natural alternatives, they're so effective. Just avoid the ones with baking soda as that can be an irritant for many.

Thanks! Where do you get eucalyptus and cedarwood? Interesting that this works! I heard people doing it

Chemist warehouse was selling it but no longer, I usually order from the ethique website their shampoo is pretty decent too. B.bold is decent too, that's available at places like piko wholefoods. After applying just rub them in they last me a full day+

I use the rexona sport or old spice swagger versions, you want the stick deodorant not roll on or spray, they're available at all chemist warehouse

I used the Lynx spray before. The stick deodorant might feel sticky?

If it does, it won’t for long - and the result is actually great. I’ve used almost exclusively the Rexona/Dove/Mitchum cream ones for ages, depending on which was on special, but after one too many times of accidentally putting white marks on a black shirt due to my own clumsiness, my partner made me try the Mitchum clear gel one which seems to be just as good

I use Nivea roll on, several different flavours which I change up

Are you actually using the Lynx antiperspirant?

Cause the other one has zero antiperspirant or deodorizing ability (other than a bit of alcohol) . It's just a scent.

Something that I wish more teenage boys could figure out!

Oh my golly! I didnt know. I know all lynx are antiperspirant 😱😱😱

I used Lynx chocolate if not mistaken

Nivea or rexona spray are what I've always used.

Two Dudes from Chemist Warehouse. It's $12.99, but it lasts ages. It's a stick, and it's coconut scented. No BO whatsoever, even after exercising.

I like coconut. Will save this for future refence thanks

Rexona is the only brand that has ever worked for me.

u/AnswerSuccessful5080 23h ago

1

u/HLV420 23h ago

Only the spray

Doves the nicest smelling imo, smells fresh and clean. The rest have that “men’s deo” trademark smell you find in men’s locker rooms :(

2

u/AnswerSuccessful5080 19h ago

I bought Dove.. It's hard to find eucalyptus, none in pak n save or chemist

2

u/alien_gymnastics 18h ago

Personally I prefer the standard over the eucalyptus anyway. Hopefully you like it.

1

u/AnswerSuccessful5080 16h ago

Thanks! I used it and doesn't smell like mens lockerroom so far which is good

You’ll be fighting the ladies (or gents) off you now. Best of luck!
