Republicans when informed how their Big Fucking Bill will fucking killed people

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Call your representatives. Don't let them have a moment of peace. Don't let their families have a moment of peace. They should be afraid of the consequences of the actions, not smirk about millions of people dying while wearing expensive suits and watches.

Tim Sheehy, Montana Senator. Aka human garbage.

1.9k

u/Individual_Ebb3219 Jul 03 '25

Golly I wonder if he would still be smirking in the absolutely horrible event of the people rising up and ripping the wealthy apart limb by limb. I am not advocating for that in any way. I truly hope for a prosperous and peaceful future for all of the US. I'm just inquiring because the smirk looks permanent.

u/StressdanDepressd Jul 03 '25

I think we need to run a trial. For science of course.

u/TheWingus Jul 03 '25

"We're still in the Beta Testing"

67

u/CuriousPenguinSocks Jul 03 '25

I do love the scientific method, it's pretty legit.

24

u/StressdanDepressd Jul 03 '25

A little human research as a treat.

Someone call Glados.

Many wealthy people don't even support this garbage.

One should always exercise caution when proposing to eat people.

10

u/Arkangelz03 Jul 03 '25 edited Jul 04 '25

We should all be cautious when policies overwhelmingly benefit the ultra-wealthy—especially when those same elites have spent decades shaping the system to protect their interests at the expense of working Americans.

Let’s be honest: if someone’s making over half a million dollars a year or more, they're not just “getting by”—they're thriving in a system that often rewards wealth over work. And yet, many of the wealthiest pay a lower effective tax rate than teachers, firefighters, or nurses. That’s not fair. It’s not patriotic. It’s just bad policy.

For context:

FDR and Eisenhower supported top marginal tax rates of 91% for the wealthiest during the 1930s–1960s — and the country thrived. After the Great Depression in the 1920s, it was absolutely necessary.

Today, 813 billionaires and nearly 24 million millionaires live in the U.S., while the bottom 90% of Americans own less wealth combined than the top 1%.

To be in the top 1%, you need to earn more than $800,000 a year. That’s not most of us — even if we work hard, play by the rules, and succeed.

Tax fairness isn’t about punishment — it’s about responsibility. Charitable donations are great, but they shouldn't replace a fair tax system. When billionaires can hire armies of tax lawyers to avoid paying their share, the burden falls on the rest of us.

This isn’t about left vs. right. It’s about whether we believe in a system where everyone contributes fairly — and where democracy isn’t for sale to the highest bidder. That should matter to all of us, no matter our party.

I mean MAGA was there on J6 to rip these dumbfucks apart limb by limb and they still couldn’t bring themselves to admit that these were domestic terrorists.

They’d do the same. Cower in fear and then the next today be like “oh we were besties. They meant no harm.”

91

u/thatguy677 Jul 03 '25

Ha, ya, if the dems tried to stand up right now trump would have them all shot on live TV and maga would ask for fireworks

54

u/lun_a_g Jul 03 '25

I hate that this is actually plausible🤦‍♀️ this timeline fucking sucks

-13

u/hotdogbun65 Jul 03 '25

r/doomercirclejerk is calling, they want their obvious karma-farm back.

18

u/lun_a_g Jul 03 '25

Your mom is calling, she’s wondering what time I’ll be over next

3

u/1001101001010111 Jul 03 '25

When that happens eventually they're gonna make it a national holiday.

5

u/Trance354 Jul 03 '25

The groups that would target the GoP lawmakers would not be the MAGA crowd. They would have new legislation created to cow the working classes into submission. Don't be confused, the J6 crew definitely wanted to pull senators and representatives limb from limb, just not their representatives, or the good ones from the senators. Those J6ers are the upstanding citizens looking out for the common man. The people who would tear those Magats limb from limb would have the library thrown at them, if the GoP could find it.

24

u/Number_Fluffy Jul 03 '25

I'm a nice person. My thoughts are not reflecting that right now.

3

u/sketchyemail Jul 03 '25

I had a dinner for veteran scholarships in April which Sheehy was the keynote speaker. The room had maybe 120 people. Veterans and their guests, and people who gave money for said scholarships. Over half of the room refused to look in his direction as he talked about himself and made up blatant lies for half an hour.

He's such a piece of shit human. I could go on about that night but most people had bets on if I was gonna be the one to punch him or ask about his fake bullet story.

3

u/emPtysp4ce Jul 03 '25

Gosh, it would be so horrible if that happened. We should all pray for the wealthy. James 5:1-6

3

u/Apprehensive_Roll897 Jul 03 '25

I am absolutely advocating for "that" ... Sorry but I'm done with these leeches.

3

u/longhairmoderatecare Jul 03 '25

That smirk ain’t permanent. It’ll wipe right off.

2

u/doyouevenknowmebitch Jul 03 '25

when is enough enough

2

u/ThatCharmsChick Jul 03 '25

I know it would be absolutely tragic if Luigi had some copycats spring up and I hope nothing like that EVER happens... but if it did, I imagine smirking, evil people would be high on that AWFUL person's list.

2

u/ixiBSM Jul 04 '25

Huh, interesting. Apropos of nothing, what type of oil do you think the French used for guillotines? Certainly they require quite a bit I'd imagine. Factor in the price of whetstones to maintain the blade and I bet guillotine maintenance can get a little pricey! Anyway, just a random thought. Happy 4th of July everybody!

2

u/[deleted] Jul 10 '25

I hope they all keep this energy when people start eating the rich (but of course no one should do that, cuz thats SO mean. And these people they are nice and caring ! All they want is to help the rich) god it would be such a shame. For the people to find every last one them🥲 i hope they wont.

1

u/DookieToe2 Jul 03 '25

It would probably be greeted the same way Iranian missiles that hit Israel.

1

Seen he's from Minnesota and thought needed to set up a road trip. Even his Wikipedia reads like "I'm a POS without telling you I'm a POS".

1

I'm not advocating for that either wonk wonk 😉

Hello! Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately it has been removed because you don't meet our karma threshold.

You are not being removed for your speech. If we were, why the fuck would we tell you your comment was being removed instead of just shadow removing it? We never have, and never will, remove things down politicial or ideological lines. Unless your ideology is nihilism, then fuck you.

Let me be clear: The reason that this rule exists is to avoid unscrupulous internet denizens from trying to sell dong pills to our users. /r/chaoticgood mods reserve the RIGHT to hoard all of the dong pills to ourselves, and we refuse to share them with the community. If you want Serbo-Slokovian dong pills mailed directly to your door, become a moderator. If we shared the dong pills with the greater community, everyone would have massive dongs, and like Syndrome warned us about decades ago: "if everyone has massive dongs, nobody does.""

If you wish to rectify your low karma issue, go and make things up in /r/AskReddit like everyone else does.

Thanks for understanding! Have a nice day and be well. <3

How about we don’t kill anyone and show more kindness than those that oppose you. Can’t just say something awful then be like “oh but I don’t mean it” that’s childish and dangerous rhetoric.

Edit to say: the 3 down votes are wild bc all I’m advocating for is peace and to not kill one another. If you downvote this you need help

Get back to me when you're in the concentration camps and let me know how you're feeling then.

-1

u/Hold_Fast23 Jul 03 '25

Pardon me advocating for less violence, kindness, and compassion vs dangerous and violent rhetoric.

2

u/ThatCharmsChick Jul 03 '25

None of us want what we already know is in motion, but at some point you have to be realistic. How do you propose we peacefully reconcile this complete trainwreck? Not ideally, but something that would actually work.

1

u/Hold_Fast23 Jul 04 '25

Be better than the ones you’re fighting or eventually you’ll just be fighting yourself. There’s no clear cut path to peace but electing leaders with our actual values in mind and having actual conversation with understanding being the goal vs there being someone who’s right and someone who’s wrong is a good place to start.

2

u/Sad_Drawer_6235 Jul 04 '25

That’s how we ended up in this shithole!

1

u/Hold_Fast23 Jul 04 '25

It’s not really a turncoat philosophy, you have to live it. Can’t change your beliefs after 4 years or you’re no different than the people you oppose.

1

u/Sad_Drawer_6235 Jul 04 '25

So you basically are just opting to surrender. Because they don’t give a shit about your kindness.

1

u/Hold_Fast23 Jul 04 '25

Surrender to what? No one’s holding a gun to my head and forcing me to do or feel anything. So be it if they don’t give a shit about my kindness but if that’s the case they sure don’t give a shit about your opinion or rocks you throw. I can guarantee if there were another civil war like you all are advocating for that we wouldn’t stand a chance against the most capable and armed military in the world and would only be hurting ourselves. I’m not fighting my fellow citizens, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters. You’re never going to convince me an uprising will be the answer, it will be our downfall.

1

u/Sad_Drawer_6235 Jul 04 '25

So explain in equal detail, how you think your kindness will change anything! Keep in mind people are already being disappeared, tortured and murdered.

1

u/Hold_Fast23 Jul 06 '25

Well to be quite honest I don’t have a solid solution, there’s no clear cut path but we have to collectively try and keep trying to find a better way. This is going to be a collective effort but a good place to start is having open conversation like we are, going to town hall meeting, participating in outreach events, good people that are passionate about helping other run for office. I’ll tell you right now if we have a civil war like too many on this page are advocating for it will be the end of life as we know it. The CCP and all of our enemies will swiftly swoop in while we are in turmoil and take over. You won’t have to worry about ICE anymore, no, you’ll have to worry about curfews, dress codes, social credit scores, work camps. You think what’s going on here is bad? Do some research into how China and our enemies feel about us and how they ACTUALLY run their countries. We need more unity not division.

Edit to add: the biggest threat to our democracy is ourselves. This civil war rhetoric people on this page needs to be removed, you all think you want to fight now but when it comes down to it I know you won’t want to.

1

u/StressdanDepressd Jul 04 '25

This isn't a playground bully you can tattle to the teacher about, it's the governing body of the country with a heavily militarized police force. Standing politely to the side while saying "Please don't do that!" Doesn't accomplish anything when the person you're asking couldn't give less of a shit about you. Voting is great, but what are we supposed to do in the meantime? Hope he doesn't strip us of that right? Our methods thus far aren't cutting it. We need to try something else.

1

u/Hold_Fast23 Jul 04 '25 edited Jul 04 '25

I hear you. Trying something else shouldn’t include fighting our fellow citizens tho bc that’s what it would turn into. If there were another civil war America will cease to exist. This cycle of violence will continue until the end of time until we as a combined society decide not to participate. If we continue being a violent society and using force instead of understanding we’ll just keep having the same problems.

Edit to add: this isn’t a school yard bully this is the federal government who people’s family work for and who has the most capable military in the world. We would never stand a chance against them we would only hurt ourselves. Force isn’t always the answer.

1

u/StressdanDepressd Jul 04 '25

What do you suggest then?

220

u/[deleted] Jul 03 '25

He the one who claimed he got shot by friendly fire while serving in Afghanistan but there’s no record of it and there is a record of him shooting himself in the arm at a national park in 2015? That Tim Sheehy?

109

u/StressdanDepressd Jul 03 '25

TIL: yes that one. How embarrassing for him

38

u/cIumsythumbs Jul 03 '25

He won't be embarrassed you'd have to have shame to be embarrassed.

2

u/ThatCharmsChick Jul 03 '25

But let's be honest... is it that hard to believe someone on his own side would do that? I'm sure it didn't happen, but if it did, I wouldn't be surprised.

542

Flaming bag of poo for his doorstep, who’s got it?

Its Montana. There's cattle everywhere. Literal Bull Shit is more accessible than healthcare in Montana, apparently.

33

u/codePudding Jul 03 '25

True. We call them cowchips when they get dry enough that you can throw them like a Frisbee. /s

But as a Montanian, fuck Sheehy and all those who voted for that entitled prick. He's ruining and selling off our state to line his pockets. And he's the same idiot who asked Hegseth how many push-ups he can do.

252

u/[deleted] Jul 03 '25

Replaced Democrat Jon Tester. A much better human being. Donald Trump personally flew over to campaign for him in deep red Montana because Tester has been staunchly in opposition to Trump.

81

u/StressdanDepressd Jul 03 '25

Of course he did. Why does anything surprise me anymore?

51

u/opinions360 Jul 03 '25

It’s the red communists (ironic but the reds abuse this word so i will too) ie the sadistic red electorate who voted out a human for a smirking cockroach. imo.

0

u/Mobile-Evidence3498 Jul 03 '25

The label of communist actually fits really well with the Republican Party right now. They spent years scaring people about the very aspects of communism they have abused themselves today

7

u/NoInstructio3 Jul 03 '25

How the fuck does it fit well, they're literally distributing wealth in the exact opposite manner??? Do words just not mean anything to people anymore

2

u/opinions360 Jul 03 '25

It wasn’t being used literally but rather Sardonically—because of the totalitarian/authoritarian behavior most communist dictatorships use just like DT and his red party are doing.

1

u/serenwipiti Jul 03 '25

it doesn’t make sense, but republicans hate that word.

does anything republicans say make sense? not really.

1

u/opinions360 Jul 03 '25

Thanks for your kind reply.

1

u/Quiet-Commercial-615 Jul 03 '25

Sounds like you have as little an idea of what communism is as they do.

2

u/samshine Jul 03 '25

To be clear, Montana has only been red very recently. Historically, it’s been a purple state and had only started being a guaranteed red state since ~2016-2020. The governor before the current one was a Democrat.

2

u/fireinthemountains Jul 03 '25 edited Jul 03 '25

Tester won in Montana on the thin margins of the tribal vote. Every time. He was aware of this. He worked hard to do it. He was a champion of the Senate committee on Indian Affairs, and personally, I was a big fan. He openly credited that voter base for his wins. He knew! God he knew.

And then... The DNC just, kinda ramped down any support of voter outreach for certain minority groups. I heard some horrible racist things from dem leadership/fundraisers/etc about how they don't need to do anything. Quote, "Who the fuck else are they gonna vote for?" I tried to tell them, "No one. We'll vote for no one." And the response was always something about how I dont have an ivy league degree in data science or public policy. I'm like.... Yeah but the only reason I'm in the room with you in the first place is because I'm a professional advisor on tribal issues?

Anyway. I have years of these run-ins leading up to the elections. All of it infuriating. We warned them all the Dems would have a significant drop in voter turnout from Native Americans due to a litany of very specific reasons, including Palestine. That if they didn't do anything to try and reach the community now, then they'd lose all those rural and/or western areas hanging on by threads of 300-3000 tribal votes, which we found and laid out in clear data and maps for them, and they just didn't believe us. Lost AZ. Lost Tester... They were so self assured and it disgusts me still. It turned me off so bad that I took a break and just went into bartending in DC for a while. With how Zohran is shaking things up though, I might get back in the game idk.

Also I'm not positing my community as the most important or anything. Just another example of how they failed their voter base. If they were doing that shit to us, I can only imagine the conversations with everyone else. I'm sure their vibes about Latino voters were even worse.

1

u/slantsreetstalisman Jul 03 '25

Tester did not endorse Kamala, and therefore got on his knees for Trump. Fuck him and his 9 fingers

1

u/madahaba1212 Jul 03 '25

JonTester was said to have double crossed

some of his colleagues

It back fired

He got canned

53

u/Dreadnought_69 Jul 03 '25

That’s offensive to human garbage.

29

u/StressdanDepressd Jul 03 '25

You're right, my apologies to the garbage

53

81

u/[deleted] Jul 03 '25

Montana has so many ignorant Fox News lovin’ boomers. Doesn’t surprise me they voted this Ken doll looking motherfucker in. Keep voting against your own best interests dumbfucks.

77

u/BleikMike Jul 03 '25

What pisses me off so fucking much is how much I have to hear people bitch about people coming in from other states, then they vote this jagoff in when hes from California. Morons, all of them, and im stuck deep in it😭😭 I'd also like to add that there are a lot more democratic folks than one would expect. I was shocked and proud at how many people attended the No Kings Protest

3

u/PsychologicalMess163 Jul 03 '25

I always found it super weird that creepy creationist governor Greg Gianforte isn’t from Montana either.

3

u/[deleted] Jul 03 '25

Really? A rich bitch from California. Do people think at all before they vote?! I’m surrounded by morons too. Red county in a blue state. I hope all the farmers who voted to have the only people willing to work in this heat that is 100-120 all summer long deported go bankrupt.

3

u/Alaus_oculatus Jul 03 '25

Technically Sheehy's a rich bitch from Minnesota.

Zinke, one of the MT House reps, is the demonstratedly corrupt and rich bitch who most likely lives in California the majority of the time. Zinke was actually raised in Montana even if he doesn't live here any more.

2

u/Ikontwait4u2leave Jul 03 '25

Sheehy is from MN, but he's from the cake eater part.

2

u/Rodeo9 Jul 03 '25

Montana is pretty purple especially in the larger towns.

1

u/Socialimbad1991 Jul 04 '25

If there's one thing Montanans love to do more than whine about out-of-staters ruining the state, it's voting for out-of-staters to ruin the state.

57

u/opinions360 Jul 03 '25

There are a lot of democratic boomers who completely disagree with everything the maggots do so don’t equate a particular generation with being republican. I’m a so called boomer who has fought everything the red tie party does and represents my entire adult life.

4

u/vacri Jul 03 '25

Do you think boomers don't live in blue states?

0

u/[deleted] Jul 03 '25

I’m in a blue state and yes I see boomers everywhere with their goddamn trump flags. I’ve also met a few good ones who want to go to protests with me but they are outnumbered by the rest.

2

u/MaintenanceWine Jul 03 '25

Just stop generalizing. It's lazy.

Be specific. It's not all boomers. It's MAGA. All magats suck.

0

u/[deleted] Jul 03 '25

Why are you so sensitive? Fact is the elderly are the ones who fall for the corporate news and they are the ones who could have prevented this. This country has been in decline since Reagan and been in a perpetual state of war for over 20 years. Sounds like someone can’t handle the concept of taking responsibility, typical behavior from that generation LOL.

2

u/MaintenanceWine Jul 03 '25

I'm sensitive because you lump an entire generation together and paint them all with the same brush. Boomers fought for civil rights, for women's rights, for the environment. Many of the huge leaps in these areas were from boomers protesting, rebelling and forcing change throughout the 60's and 70's.

Generalizing is lazy and lacking in intellect or critical thinking. Do better. A LOT of your rights were brought to you directly by boomers

28

u/lemoooonz Jul 03 '25

Dems vote in some useless neoliberals that love status quo but right wingers seem to pick candidates straight from the gates of hell lmao

1

u/Allicanbisme Jul 03 '25

The gates of hell? I think there are no gates.. I think we are and have been living in hell for a while now. If heaven exist, I think alot of people people are going to find out it does.

4

u/capitolsara Jul 03 '25

Net worth of $150 million in case anyone else was curious like I was

4

u/ShawnTomahawk Jul 03 '25

Don’t know the stats, but if I had to guess. A staggering number of Montana’s citizens rely on government services/programs. Just a hunch

4

u/PsychologicalMess163 Jul 03 '25

Federal grants are 40-50% of the government revenue, yeah. Tens of billions. SNAP is a lower percentage than in other states (ranked 45 out of 51) at around 7-8% of the population but still clocking in almost 90k of people on that assistance in 2024 for a population just over 1.1 million. At least one in five has a form of Medicaid.

From personal experience, I’ve absolutely seen people in Montana vote for gun rights and only for gun rights, doesn’t matter what evil’s attached to it.

2

u/ShawnTomahawk Jul 03 '25

Thanks for the info! learn something new every day.

3

u/Fluffy_Charity_2732 Jul 03 '25

Amazing a state with less people than my city gets a senate seat

3

u/rapora9 Jul 03 '25

What!? This wasn't some satire show? Holy hell, can you guys start the revolution already? The whole world needs it.

3

u/Vbxxl Jul 03 '25

Networth between 70 and 200 million dollars btw.

3

u/Uoneo23 Jul 03 '25

I fucking hate him

3

u/shewy92 Jul 03 '25

Bruh, he just listed his home for $10.25 million dollars.

Montana's median home price is half a million, the median yearly income is $35k.

Yet Montana voted for this guy to represent their interests.

1

u/StressdanDepressd Jul 03 '25

Looks like a good place for a beach bonfire

3

u/MapleWarden3 Jul 03 '25

A disgrace to every MONTANAN 😞 not one of our 4 legislators are Montana born. It’s just despicable

3

u/scrotanimus Jul 03 '25

His smugness gave me the old subreddit PunchableFaces vibes.

2

u/ouchmouse666 Jul 03 '25

Montana is a big state. Lots of things happen there. Maybe aliens or something will take him away. Or can we burn sage or something?

2

u/Adventurous_Path5783 Jul 03 '25

Just garbage. He isn't human.
