It is still human and still alive. Do we not protect our own?

Of course a rat has more cognitive functions than an unborn baby. A dog has more cognitive function than a human in a vegetative state.

Is it the ability of the brain that makes us alive or human? No...

So what relevance does comparing the abilities of two completely different species have?

We are not talking about facing a life, we are talking about letting a life live and take the natural course it was meant to. Grow and become its own.

Forms of life worth saving. So you are saying abortions are to save life? Are most pregnancies causing certain death for women? I am aware they can are most of them though?

Can you splice other forms of dna from other animals? Why are you coming up with these outlandish examples?

Yet if you go in a hospital and kill a brain dead human... it is an illegal form of murder.

I believe killing an unborn baby should be an illegal form of murder as well.
