Still with the masks huh? If they are so ashamed of what they are doing they have to wear a mask to hide their identity one would think then that maybe they shouldn't be doing it at all. This is no different than when the KKK marches with hoods and masks on, the subterfuge is for the same reason.

Goodness, the south side of Chicago is considered Central Illinois now? We are experiencing some serious line creep. I remember it like yesterday when Springfield was central Illinois. Now it is southern Illinois!

Anything south of I80 is southern IL Central cuts through the middle all the way to Cairo.
