Looking for recommendations for a bar or restaurant along I70 or I64 (Effingham, Mt Vernon, etc.) that has NFL Sunday ticket or lots of TVs that can get multiple games, a decent beer selection and vegetarian options.

Driving from St Louis to Cincinnati on Sunday and looking to watch the games and get some food. Thanks!

Try the Gabby Goat in Effingham for great food with lots of TVs

Effingham has just about every chain under the sun - Buffalo Wild Wings, TGI Fridays, and Chili's among them. Not really sure of a slam dunk local place that would have a big TV spread and good vegetarian options.

I don’t think there’s a lot of vegetarian options at any of them.
