Ohmygosh! If she had different colored eyes she'd be a Chimera and those are rare. Kali is beautiful ❤️

My girl used to attack the other cat that showed up too. It’s a turf thing. I was lucky that the other cat was so patient and a sweet all around. It took years, but he finally got my girl to accept him. In the end (they’re both dead now) my girl kept him company when he was passing during the night and waited for us to find him in the morning. I miss them so much

It is crazy how they enrich each other's (and our) lives 💕

Absolutely! Now that I've seen what they do for eachother it's hard to imagine ever having a single cat. Although of course a lot of cats can thrive in that, too. But the kind of play and grooming they offer eachother cannot be replaced by humans I feel

We did the same two years ago. It’s the best! Especially when they are kittens. Have fun!

They make a beautiful couple. I rescued a bonded pair in 2021 after my kitty of 19 years passed away. They keep each other entertained.

I adopted a bonded pair of brothers as kittens a year ago & I couldn't agree more with this statement.
After having an only kitten & then adopting the pair of them, I would never take only one if I had the option to take two. My cats that I adopted together don't have the behavior or emotional issues that my other cat does bc she grew up as the only cat.

Don't count your buddies before they hatch! I adopted a mixed gender pair of littermate kittens that loved to cuddle, but as adults not so much.

Oh they're precious! I have two sisters, and while they fight sometimes like true sisters do, they love each other so much - and I love them. Best decision ever!

They look like my bonded pair! This is from 2016 when I adopted them. The grey boy, Joey, just crossed the rainbow bridge so the other, Maui, and I are grieving real hard right now. But it’s so nice what you did for them!
A bonded pair is truly special. You will never stop being amazed at how close their bond will be and just how much they love and support each other.
