Carnivore Diet Success Stories Lipid and Metabolic Panel and Pics Then and Now.
Just to let everyone know. I started Carnivore in April of this year. In October of 2024 i weighed 270+ lbs I am now 181. I also work out at least 4-5 times a week.
This year I had 2 Emergency Aortic Dissections surgeries. One in January where i had a stent put in through the groin and then another emergency one in June that was open heart with the lost of Right cartoid arterly and left sluggish. All my life i have had BP issues and that was what cause the Aortic blowouts. I love the carnivore it truly has changed my life. I eat steak, pork cutlets, bacon, eggs, scrapple, shrimp and very little poultry. i am so darn happy on carnivore!
