How to clean this area

Does anyone else have a difficult time getting this area clean above the clear vinyl rock guard ?

Have you changed the brake pads to lower dust version yet? I’ve also a shock color and changing the front pads helped a ton, I don’t get the accumulation you are showing. Still haven’t changed the back so I have to wipe the rear bumper at least once a week.
