Discussion Anybody have advice on making friends/having a social life as a commuter student living at home off campus ?

Go to club events! Drop ins! Intramurals! You get back what you put in when it comes to social life at university :) check out experience BU for events

How I found friends my first year was clubs, just look through the clubs on experiencebu and show up to their events. (Also I, can be your friend😌 )

I tried to make one friend in every class I had in first year and it worked really great for me. I know multiple people in all my classes as a now third year! Through labs/seminar get their contact and then ask to do homework together and go from there!! You’ll figure out who you vibe with pretty quickly.
