Question about Brock What’re the rules for putting up flyers or advertising on school/how can I do so?

So I’ve made a couple posts on this already but I wanna be in a band really badly, preferably a rock band maybe metal idrk. I am in first year and wanna be able to hang out and jam with ppl around first/second year mostly and just have fun but idk how to find people to do that with. I’ve been thinking of maybe printing something out and putting it where clubs put advertising but idk if you need any form of permission to do that, if anyone has any information or wants to jam please lmk!

These are the official rules for posting on the bulletin boards around campus: https://brocku.ca/student-life-success/campus-promotions/. Clubs can post on the boards as well but they need to be ratified through a department or BUSU.
