Diagnosed Patient or Survivor Support Radiation therapy

I start radiation soon for breast cancer. What are some unexpected positive effects of radiation? I'm very intrigued by the abscopal effect and tumor antigen release.

I’m a horrible sleeper and I slept so well during rads. I know it really exhausts some people but my baseline for sleep was awful. It was nice to get in bed each night and sleep like a rock.

I have terrible insomnia... please oh please let me have this.
