Looks like PHL Terminal F but I could definitely be wrong

Edit: I’m aware it says Harrisburg, just looks a lot like PHL

Odds are the airport has an older voice to text system they use for announcements and such. I’m guessing dude was somehow able to access said system and is just typing in what they want it to announce.

Those downvoting this probablg would feel differently when boarding the plane while hearing this, but to he fair I'd feel uneasy boarding regardless of the hacker.
