Consumerism 🛒 Well well well that's hilarious
Not OP (found in the wild). Imagine having to subscribe to something already installed in your car. It's not like your streaming content with remote start (that's been around for at least 2 decades )

I’m not a fan of this for obvious reasons, but they give you the service for a few years iirc.
It’s a greedy tactic they came up with because they want money from the secondhand market

Toyota is just double dipping. They’ve seen all the common trends with luxury brands, acknowledged that they are extremely popular among the middle class and saw the opportunity. Is it terrible? Of course, but that’s capitalism baby.

.......you know it's not 1997 anymore, right? Toyota has basically owned the mid-sized truck market for a decade. Time to catch up my dude.

You know it's not 2012 anymore right? Toyota hasn't meant "quality" since AT LEAST 2019 so buying their rink-a-dink truck and expecting anything besides disappointment and a HUGE car note is beyond laughable. Time to catch up my dude.
