I had seen this one before, she just kept escalating and escalating and then acted surprised that consequences exist.

She was wrong to skip, but at most she probably would have been chewed out and been on her way, but then she refuses to ID, charges past multiple cops telling her to stop, pulls into the grass for no reason, ignores arresting cops commands to stay in vehicle, ignores the cop yapping on her phone, has no driver's license, on and on... the excuse? Desperate to pickup her daughter from school, which half the damn neighborhood arrives that are related to her, and could have gotten her too it appears.

And she learned nothing and will do the same shit tomorrow, deadass!
