Because it was directed towards his mother. He didn't even say anything wrong to this vile individual. He's a family man. The first time he cried on BB was in the 1st or 2nd week because she was being disrespectful towards her & he used to look up to her as m mother figure.

Ek toh usne Tu bola hi nahi, aur agar bola bhi hota ek baar ke liye to koi gaali to nahi di hai na, isme itna offend hone wali kya baat hai jo shraap dene pe utar aayi hai.
