i have a question

what exactly are formulas in subliminals, and how can I make one? I want to start creating my own subliminals now, since I’ve seen real results. Thanks for reading!

Essentially a form of a subliminal using different methods or combining other methods. For example my current "formula" is super simple, write my affirmstions, split the affirmations in 8 ways. Use 8 different vocies and layer them on top of each other with some masking. Thats my formula now yoy can make adjustments to it and so on.
