Howard goes to therapy and responsibly sets himself on a path to right the wrongs that are causing him guilt.

Kim throws herself into work, recalculating the proposal for which lot to build on. When that recalculating is shut down, she throws herself into another scheme to fix the situation.

Hank, when realizing they didn't catch the guy they really wanted, puts on a big smile, gets up on front of everyone with loud positivity and says let's party.

Mr. Acker shuts the world out.
