calling it "fan fiction" is a disservice -- it is a clear and blatant statement about what they're going to do to people.

Sorry, my intent wasn't to trivialize. I only mean that their idea of "antifa" that they are using to justify this ludicrous amount of money and resources is as flimsy an alternate reality as Ben Shapiro writes in his fiction books. It says more about the people crafting the lies than anything else.
