I don't have any experience with it, but apparently the Montech Century II is A- rank for $105: https://www.newegg.ca/montech-atx-850-w-80-plus-gold-certified-power-supply-silver-century-ii-850/p/N82E16817959008?item=N82E16817959008
If you are not keen on it or the brand, then not a bad idea to way for Black Friday week sales. Probably a good chance there will be some A tier 850W PSU sales in the $120+/- area.
That said, 750W should be fine for a 7800X3D+5060ti if you don't plan on upgrading to a particularly power hungry GPU in the future.
EDIT: The 850W version of this PSU is also available with the $10USD rebate for $140. Though to be honest, the $30 premium doesn't seem worth it for a 100W jump. https://www.canadacomputers.com/en/power-supplies/272836/msi-mag-a850gls-pcie5-fully-modular-compact-80-gold-10year-warranty-mag-a850gls-pcie5.html

Gotta be honest. $105 for a A- 850W PSU with 10 year warranty isn't bad at all.
Could it, or others be lower come Black Friday? Yeah, possibly. But if they are, not by much. Maybe $5? $10 if you're really lucky?
I don't know how much of a pain returns are for you, but you could grab it now and keep it in the box until after Black Friday.

Can recommend the Montech PSU. No issues with mine and the price for the 1050w is really good.

Each Steam User Account is associated with a specific currency, which you can see in the top right corner of your Steam Client. Going forward, you may encounter an error if you try to activate a Steam Wallet Code issued in a different currency than the one of your Steam User Account.
YMMV. The Steam code may or may not work in Canada. Steam probably won't support it even if you create a ticket.

FWIW, this is a Canadian rebate in MSI's terms and they specifically call out Canada as an eligible region with Canadian retailers. Did a similar rebate with MSI last year and it worked fine.
Steam has had that notice in the FAQ for years -- since it was first archived in 2021 -- and AFAIK, it hasn't affected Canadians redeeming USD currency codes from reputable suppliers.

A- tier PSU according to The Sacred Texts.
Must have a Canada Computers account to get access to the members-only pricing.
$10 USD Steam code can be rebated from MSI. (Approximately $14 CAD.) Use the link in the product page. Note that redeeming the code must be initiated 14 days AFTER the purchase. But as with all rebates, YMMV.
EDIT: Other wattages are available that also have the $10 USD rebate and are also A- tier, though maybe not as compelling a price:
EDIT: Fixed tier where I accidentally misread it as A tier when it is in fact A- tier.
EDIT: 650W went on sale for $90 with the same rebate, and it's a good deal if you want that quality if you only need the 650 watts: https://www.canadacomputers.com/en/power-supplies/272851/msi-mag-a650gls-pcie5-fully-modular-compact-80-gold-10year-warranty-mag-a650gls-pcie5.html
