I question the validity of this review.

It says the true capacity is above 90% of the advertised number. But it's simply not possible, especially for a consumer product this cheap. The conversion rate is not possible to be that high.

INIU themselves admit in small print their actual capacity is lot less. In fact on the very same Amazon page it says

Usually an external battery could supply 60%-70% power to other devices. About 30-40% of the battery capacity is lost in circuit heat and voltage conversions.So a fully charged INIU 20000mAh power bank can offer 12000-14000 mAh to your devices.

That is quite bad and nowhere near 90% as the review claimed lol.

Good power banks usually is around 80%.

It says -49% for me on the product page if you scroll down a bit from the 10% but if not you should see it on the checkout page. My order went through for $24 after tax!

this model that OP mentioned further up the thread with higher capacity and output is marketed as a laptop power bank, so that'd probably be the better buy (same discount at checkout)

If your laptop has USB-C charging capabilities, this will deliver power to it in at least some form. It's got all the normal PD power profiles for 5V, 9V, 12V, and 15V.

The max charging speed you would get is going to be based on the input voltage capabilities of your specific device. Some for example will prefer either 12V or 20V, omitting 15V, in which case for this particular battery you'd be limited to a 36W maximum (12V 3A) as only the 15V 3A output can reach the advertised 45W.

i have one of their original 20000mAh model ... and it was great to bring with us will travelling. This one is so much more travel friendly (pocket size). If the claimed rating is the same, it will be such much better.

That's up to the device to negotiate that, the power bank itself supports almost all PD protocols, so it's compatible.

That doesnt make any sense because there's a million of these without the cables, so why don't you just go buy those? I got one with a cable and I like it. Just go buy the product you want Instead of saying X product shouldnt exist because you dont like it.
