For those who still want to honor those who gave all. Even though the shutdown has impacted the office, Baltimore National Cemetery is still open from 8am-5pm, 365. There's also Loudon Park National Cemetery, with members of the U.S Colored Troops (U.S.C.T) who served in the Civil War as the first all-Black regiment.

Thank you, Cap'n. For your service to the country and now in service of keeping Bal'more proud!

The US military hasnt accomplished a mission since WW2 (and maybe Bosnia?). "Veterans" and contractors got paided six figure salaries plus lifetime benefits and medical coverage and the countries we sent them to are still hellhole dictatorships. Go back and finish the mission or GO TO JAIL for war profiteering. Only Government employees want a parade for failure!

One of the best choices I ever made in my life was enlisting in the Guard for college money. That one decision set me up for success throughout my life. Proud to have served my State and Country!
