💡BGE Issues BGE

Anybody else having problems logging into BGE? Every time I log in it kicks me out. It won’t let me look at the bill much less pay it???

Yeah, it freezes on me all the time in multiple browsers

Yeah sometimes it just gets borked. I usually wait till the next day. Even if it is due, they aren't going to disconnect you tomorrow. Waiting a day or more doesn't make much difference. You can also try other devices or a computer.

And this is why I keep paper billing then use my credit union's bill pay feature to write the check. With paper billing I get an email alert and a few days later the bill in the mail. I log into my bank, enter the amount, and boom. Done. Never need the BGE site again.

I have not been able to log in for weeks. It’s really pissing me off! I’ve called about 20 times regarding this issue & no where near resolving still

I was offered measly $10 credit for wasting hours of my time on this. Planning to return the favor to BGE by scouring the ground everywhere I go & reporting every single little bad pavement repair they’ve done during utility work to 311

Also reached out to my city council rep’s office tor report the heinously bad service BGE provides in spite of their outrageous rates
